Description
This is the first page of the original comic I've been working on. It's also the comic I entered in an amateur contest at an anime club get together not too long ago. Unfortunately, only one other person entered and nobody won. 
Anyways, this is just an introduction to a story idea I had. It probably won't go past the 11 pages I've planned out because the story is so vague right now. Most of the characters don't even have names. But I'm having fun with it. ^_^ It's the farthest I've ever gotten in a comic (I've already just about finished seven pages) and it's definitely the most well planned thing I've ever done.
Self critique: My main problem with this page is that the flow is confusing. I do like the main character popping out in the middle of the page though. I think I need more practice when it comes to drawing cities. In the top panel, the buildings aren't quite straight. (Leaning Towers of MadeUp City! >.< ) (To those of you looking at this, your critique would be really appreciated.)
Look forward to more pages as well as probably a colored version!
Edit: I changed the file. I redid the shading on photoshop. And I doubt there will be colored pages after all.

Great job! The only thing that bothers me is the boot, it's a bit stubby (in the 3rd-panel where the sound-effect is 'TUP TUP'
. Unless that's how it's supposed to look, then forgive me! Blah, sorry I couldn't give you any critique than that. I'm pretty bad when it comes to critique
